Background:
The first member of this clan was Sai, a young ninja from Konoha. He was very young when he first discovered his abilities. Sai was orphaned as a child and recruited into The Foundation, a secret branch of the ANBU. There he discovered his talent for bringing his drawings to life. After Sais death, nobody knew if there are any other people with this ability, so this clan was dead. After a couple of years, people with same abilities started to appear, all over the world. Most of them were members of a clan called Hakushi. After all members of this clan were assumed to be dead, this ability was forgotten. But, after a few years the last member of Hakushi clan appeared, with the power of bringing ink to life. That person was Light.

Kekkei Genkai/Specialty Branch: Ink Animation and Manipulation.

Ability/Style: The members of this clan are very skilled in the art of kenjutsu and ninjutsu, and they have their own secret skill. Their special ability is bringing Ink from their drawings to life, and thus forming strange ink objects and animals. ALL MEMBERS HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED SCROLL AND A INK BRUSH, WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE SCROLL, ON ITS REAR.

Description:
They have the power to manipulate ink, forming it in any shape or size. More chakra they use, more ink they can control. Also, they are able to turn oil into ink, by adding some of their chakra to the oil. Of course, this oil must be from the enviroment, or the Ink Weaver must create it using one of his jutsus.

Drawbacks:
Users of this abilities are usually bad in taijutsu, and so are their drawings. Most of their creatures break with one attack, except for those at S and some A-Ranked. All of this ink jutsus are weak to fire jutsus. They are quite resistant to water type attacks.

Name: Ink Clone Technique (?????, Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu; English TV "Ink Clone Jutsu")
Type: C-Rank, Supplementary
This clone, made from a small amount of ink, carrying chakra, is different from the ordinary Clone Technique in that it has actual substance and mass, making it difficult to see through. As a member of the Foundation, Sai is able to make use of the clone for missions involving surprise attacks, infiltration, and assassinations. However, experienced ninjas such as Orochimaru are able to see through this technique.


Name: Ink Flush Technique (Sumi Furasshu)
Type: B-Rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
By pouring some of his special ink into the ground, Sai can summon several ink snakes to strike from underground and restrain his opponents. Should the opponent prove strong enough to break the binds, the snakes can reform around the target, making struggling pointless.


Name: Ink Mist Technique (????, Sumigasumi no Jutsu)
Type: C-rank, Supplementary
Similar to the Body Flicker Technique, the user wraps their body in chakra-infused ink to hide themselves and leave the area.

Type:Offensive, Supplementary, All ranges and ranks
By infusing his chakra into the ink beforehand, Sai can draw objects with a brush on his scroll (something he can do very quickly) to animate the ink directly off of the page. These creations grow to life-size once they have been brought to life--similar to Deidara's Exploding Clay constructs. Sai typically creates giant birds for long range transport, lion-like monsters for attack, or objects like umbrellas for everyday use. For discreet communiques when he is undercover, Sai is able to turn the words he writes into small animals, allowing them to travel to their intended target unnoticed.

D-Rank- the user can draw small creatures like mouses and small birds and bugs.

C-Rank-The user can draw larger creatures, like snakes and bigger birds and rodents.

B-Ranked- The user can draw a large number of small animals, and he can draw a Owl which can be used for transport

A-Ranked-The user can draw any type of animals, and bring them into life at full size. The only exception are birds. He can make them a lot larger, and use them for sky combat or transport.

S-Ranked- The user can draw mythical creatures and bring them to life at full size.
(each rank consumes more chakra)


Name: Ninja Art: Ink Tattoo Bringing To Life Jutsu
Type: C-Ranked, supplementary, offensive ninjutsu
Each user of this clan has a special scroll and a drawing brush. With them they make all clan jutsus except this one. By using his brush, the user can make a tattoo, and use his chakra to make it a real tattoo. When needed, the user can do a single hand sing, and bring it to life.

Name: Ninja Art: Blood Drawing jutsu
Type: B-Ranked, supplementary
Using their own blood, members of this clan cold draw a picture, and bring it to life. This is used only if a user has ran out of Ink.
