A-rank mission ---> Jounin
B-rank mission ---> Special Jounin
C-rank mission ---> Chuunin & Genin (need to have completed at least 1 D rank mission)
D-rank mission ---> Genin

*When in a 2 or more man cell. If you are doing a mission with a partner or a team and you show unteamwork like qualities like fighting ill deduct from your reward. If i see something like 2 of you come up with a plan and the 3rd breaks the plan for his own personal agenda the 2 who followed that plan will get paid the 3rd will not EVEN IF his actions result in succeeding to finish the mission task.
